This design was inspired by the seashore of Santa Cruz California. The sand dunes and casual living was our inspiration in color and texture. This floor plan is perfect for a single person looking for an affordable option, a young couple just starting off a life together (the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor can be finished in the future) or a mature couple looking for a low maintenance retirement home –master suite on the 1st floor and two bedroom on the 2nd for guests or returning children.
