The Channel Watch plan is designed with the primary living area on the top floor. The first floor contains a large Master Bedroom facing the water view & two small bedrooms behind. Also on this level, a Gathering Room offers an alternate play area for the youngsters. The second level has another bedroom at the rear that could be a guest bedroom or another master suite.
