Most of the designers and architects whose plans we sell offer modification services. As a free service to you, we will request modification estimates directly from the designers. You are also welcome, for any plan we sell, to have modifications performed by your local design professional. Where are the appliances located in the kitchen?

The sink is located in the island. The cooktop is located on the counter that shares a wall with the laundry room. The refrigerator is located in the area that separates the kitchen from the great room.

What is the total height of the Amicalola Lodge?

The total height from finished first floor to highest roof peak is 29'.

What are the dimensions of the closets in the Master Bedroom?

The larger closet is 8’ X 13’ and the smaller is 5’-6” X 7’-4”.

What is the size of the Pantry located adjacent to the garage?

The Pantry is 6’ X 3’-9”.

Does the Amicalola Lodge plan have optional foundations available?

Yes. The plan is available with a slab, crawl space or full basement foundation. There is no additional charge - just specify your preference when ordering.
