Do You Offer Modifications?
Yes. Some of the designers and architects do offer modification services. However, we have found that, in most cases, it is best to have modifications performed by a designer, architect or engineer who is local to you. Your local design professional will have a much better grasp on your local building codes.
If your desired modifications are extensive, however, it may make sense to work with the original designer. Call us at 843-886-5500 and we can advise you as to whether or not the designer/architect of the plan you have chosen offers modification services.
