The Cape Point II plan is designed with the primary living area for the owner on the first floor. The first floor contains a large open Great Room, with connecting Dining and Kitchen areas and master bedroom. The master bedroom intentionally shares the front view with the living area, which adjoins a wide a spacious screen porch. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor, each having its own bath. A Loft on the second floor could be enclosed for another smaller bedroom or office, or left open for a playroom. Two optional bedrooms (making a possible 5-6 bedrooms) could be offered on the ground level. Some owners have redesigned the ground level bonus rooms into a private mother-in-law suite or as a seasonal rental apartment. The design on the lower ground floor could be reversed if street access or orientation were different.
Finished Ground Level would add 593.58 sq. ft to total, making Total Square Feet 2,945.
