The Sea Gull I plan is designed for a small weekend cottage. With everything on one floor, the plan is compact and easy to use. A Great Room is the center of activity. With two bedrooms in the rear sharing a large bath, the third bedroom could also be turned into a den or media room. A front porch could be screened for summer night rocking or dining. Although compact, this plan has everything you want in a summer week-end cottage, while being very affordable.
