The SEASPRAY III plan is a single-level 3 bedroom cottage. Views are from the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining area. The Living Room and Kitchen area is divided by a large central island bar. A large Pantry is also convenient to the kitchen. The Laundry Room is close to the Kitchen in the hall and close to the Bedrooms and contains a linen on shelves above. The plan is built on raised piers and the ground level has a carport for four vehicles or boat storage. The ground floor could also be enclosed to provide a garage, shop, home office, large storage room, or anything else you desire. Special Features: Narrow Lot design, One Story Design, Pier Construction, Large Ground Floor Carport could be enclosed for Garages and Workshops.
