Building a beach house is really all about, well, the beach. We thought you might enjoy a few new photos from this completed project of the Santa Rosa Sound design built right on the beach. The designer focused on creating a design that embraced the beautiful gulf views of the property. Mission accomplished! He also wanted to do more than just extend the living areas to the outside – he enlarged the covered rear porch area to create an “outdoor” great room. The Santa Rosa Sound is a wonderful example of the creative talents exhibited by this coastal designer.
