The Sea Gull II plan is designed as a small weekend or vacation rental cottage. With everything on one floor, the plan is compact and easy to use. A Great Room at the center of activity keeps everyone together for the fun. With two bedrooms in the rear sharing a large bath, the third bedroom could also be turned into a den or media room open to the Great Room. A large wide front porch could be screened for summer night’s activities. Although compact, this plan has everything you would want in a summer week-end cottage, while being very affordable and a classic rental cottage.
